Seller and scope

Digital Network Design owns and publishes ADHD Minds Studio. These terms apply to ADHD Minds Studio digital products, the files delivered in each purchase, and any protected PWA access included with that purchase.

By placing an order, downloading the ZIP, activating protected access, or using the product, you agree to these terms, the product description shown for the order, the Refund Policy, and the Product License, Terms & Legal Notice included in the ZIP. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and privacy notice separately apply to checkout and payment processing.

What the purchase includes

Each product page identifies the exact browser app, PDF resources, and other files included. After payment, Lemon Squeezy sends the receipt and provides one ZIP containing the files listed for that order. Open START HERE first.

The receipt email and Lemon Squeezy license key also activate the optional protected hosted PWA included with the order. These products are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions. A periodic protected-access check does not create a renewal or make the purchase expire.

No physical goods are shipped. Keep a secure copy of the delivered ZIP because it is your offline copy of the purchased files.

Payment and taxes

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for the transaction and processes the payment, receipt, applicable sales tax or VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and payment fraud checks. The final currency, tax, and total are shown in Lemon Squeezy checkout before you pay.

An order is complete only after Lemon Squeezy confirms successful payment. A failed or cancelled payment does not grant a license or protected access. A full refund, payment reversal, or revoked license ends the related license and protected access.

Personal-use license

A completed purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files and included protected PWA on the buyer's own devices, subject to the setup limit shown for the offer.

The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share the download or license key, remove ownership notices, or give another person access as if they were the buyer. You may keep reasonable personal backup copies.

The Product License, Terms & Legal Notice included in the ZIP contains the complete file-use terms and controls if a short storefront summary differs from it. A full refund ends the personal-use license and protected PWA access for that order.

Downloaded files and protected PWA access

The downloaded HTML app and PDFs are designed to work offline without a recurring access check. Protected hosted PWA access is an included convenience and depends on a valid entitlement, a supported browser, and occasional online verification.

Opening a protected tool online while signed in refreshes that tool's offline check for up to 30 days. Opening the library alone does not refresh every tool. After that period, the tool must briefly reconnect. A protected session can last up to 180 days, but signing out, a security reset, a refund, a chargeback, or a revoked license can end it earlier. Neither period changes the one-time nature of the purchase.

We may suspend or revoke protected access after a full refund, payment reversal, license-key revocation, sharing or misuse of access, an attempt to bypass setup limits, or a security threat. Contact support if a legitimate browser setup needs to be removed or access needs to be restored.

14-Day Money-Back Promise

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. No reason is required. We make a quick check that the order belongs to you and has not already been refunded or disputed.

Request the refund from the email address used at checkout and include the order number. Do not send a full license key. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear. The Refund Policy explains the process and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Local data and backups

App notes and settings are stored in the browser where the tool is used. Digital Network Design does not receive those notes and cannot restore them if browser storage is cleared, the device is lost, or the browser profile changes.

Use the app's export control to keep a current local backup before clearing browser data, resetting an app, changing devices or browsers, or importing another backup. You are responsible for choosing a safe location for the ZIP and backup files.

Product purpose

The products are self-support and organization tools. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for qualified professional advice.

No particular health, productivity, financial, educational, or personal outcome is promised. Use the tools with your own judgment and seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.

Compatibility, availability, and updates

The products are built for current mainstream browsers, but devices, browser settings, storage behavior, printing, and install support vary. We do not promise compatibility with every device, browser version, extension, or assistive technology.

We take reasonable care to keep protected access and support available, but online services can be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure, or events outside our control. The downloaded ZIP remains the buyer's offline copy. A purchase does not promise every future feature or an unlimited period of feature updates.

Mandatory rights and limits

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Digital Network Design is not responsible for app notes or settings lost from local browser storage that were never sent to us, or for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was made.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The version accepted at purchase continues to govern that order. We may update these terms for future purchases or changes to the protected service, with notice where required by law.

Support

For product-use or access help, include the product name, browser, device type, and the step that failed. For an order question, also include the order number and write from the email used at checkout. Do not send private app notes, a backup file, a password, or a full license key.
