Refund Policy

Your 14-day refund window

You have 14 calendar days from the purchase time to request a full refund without giving a reason. We check that the order belongs to you and has not already been refunded or disputed.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address used at checkout and include your order number. Please do not send private app notes, backup files, passwords, or your full license key.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

What happens after a refund

A full refund ends the personal-use license and protected app access for that order. Please stop using the product and delete downloaded copies.

A previously authorized offline PWA copy may remain technically available for a limited period, but permission to use it ends when the refund is approved.

Fair use and consumer rights

After 14 calendar days, contact us about duplicate charges, non-delivery, serious technical problems, or any rights provided by mandatory consumer law.

A legitimate refund does not automatically prevent a future purchase. We may limit future orders only where there is clear evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund misuse.

This promise does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
